Operatore di Luce

I’ve always been asked, what has been your most unique ask by a client Katie? I always respond with 5 years ago I was asked to have my calligraphy next on someone’s body, in particular on this clients foot. The client wanted me to write Operatore di Luce. Well as you can imagine I was flattered but also what does that mean? The day I looked it up I had no idea what the universe had in store for me.

As I read under Operatore Di Luce here is what I saw: someone that is called to spread light, heal others, and an empath.

I did more digging on what an empath is and had the sudden realization that that was me. Now we are all a conglomerate of many things. I do not believe in titles or boxes- I’m also a mom, a daughter, a sister, a wife, an artist, a lover of the outdoors, a mega tennis fan, etc…….. But on that day I started my understanding of being an empathic person. I have always been a deep feeler, able to see what others need, the knowledge of when others in my calligraphy classes need that extra encouragement and also someone who feels called to share and bring light and honesty.

I am often someone who has to take periodic breaks from people and loud noises but once I take the break I come back refreshed. Maybe this resonates with someone reading. As empaths we are lovers of all people but always remember to be a lover of your self as well. I am grateful for that client who asked for my calligraphy on their foot haha and all the realizations that came with it.
